Edwin and Eric are both very responsive on my message and given me a very clear understanding of the process and solution.
My bathroom leaked to the down floor neighbour unit. They managed to identified the affected area. Also, they have put in a lot of effort and done their waterproofing work thoroughly  to ensure the issue resolved. I can see that their patent of regrouping and waterproofing solution is really effective. Felt very fortunate and glad to have this contractor to settle my issue. Thank you Edwin and Eric. We recently engaged Atlas Works Pte Ltd for water proofing and paint work for our toilets. The workers are meticulous and kept the working area clean during and after the job. We also like their steady work pace with no rushy feel.  The whole job was completed within 2 days as per promised. I was very fortunate to have engaged Eric Wong of Atlas Works Pte Ltd to have the waterproofing work done in my common bathroom in view of HDB HIP.

Eric was very detailed in his explanation of the nanotechnology waterproofing to be applied during the course of work in the bathroom, and what one would expect to see after the work is done.

Communications were effortless, appointments punctual and works were competently carried out. Staff was very polite and careful and did a clean up after the work was done.

I am very glad to say that I got a PASSED today after the HIP re-water testing.

Thank you very much Eric and your staff who did a wonderful job on the leakage problems which failed a month ago.

Last but not least, I would not hesitate to recommend Atlas Works Pte Ltd to anyone who faces water leakage in the bathrooms.

Got them to repair my bathroom waterproofing as downstairs complained about water leakage. Friendly boss and worker, they explained every procedure that they are doing, and provide report of the work when finished.
